To others out there, how do you handle stress when things get going too much? I usually exercise, knit, write, or read these days. Sometimes talking helps, but there are times when I do not want to talk. I need to just blow off steam sometimes.

Sometimes I sleep, read, cross stitch or watch my favorite movies. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

Sometimes I just need some alone time to handle my stress. Other times, I like to read and write and I spend a lot of time on the Internet. I also find that listening to music really helps me to chill out and relax. I'll also take my dog for a walk to cool down.
