More toys found with lead!! What do we buy now??

I am just at a loss right now. I just heard that a set of Baby Einstein blocks were found with lead paint. Christmas is coming up & I've been trying to find something for our autistic niece plus our own little ones. I am getting so scared to buy anything now for fear of lead in the paint!! We will probably try to find DVD's or something. What do we get the kids now?

As far as I'm concerned it's back to wooden blocks (unpainted) and sock puppets! I definitely will be checking the "made in" label on anything I buy to make sure it isn't from you know where.
DVD's, books, dress-up all sound good to me too!

Worst part of all is that my 7 yr old is also checking the "made in" label too and wanted to throw out all of her things that were made in China!
