a tournament to settle the now suddenly vacant WWE Title? I know that Mr. McMahon has already announced that a champion will indeed be crowned this Sunday at No Mercy, but wouldn't a tournament, "King of the Ring" style, be exciting. I'd love to see the likes of Mr. Kennedy, Triple H, Umaga, Carlito, Randy Orton, Undertaker, Chris Jericho(??), The Great Khali, John Morrison, CM Punk, Finlay, Rey Mysterio, Batista, etc. all get thrown into a tournament format for the Title. How about returning superstars like Bobby Lashley, Edge, and Shawn Michaels? This would ensure a little more suspense and drama before a champion is crowned. The WWE could use a little more intrigue, considering it's widely known that Randy Orton is a backstage favorite and him winning the title at No Mercy would surprise few people. Pretend to be a writer on the WWE creative team: Wouldn't you like to see this tournament? What kind of storyline would you like to see play out for the WWE Title? I'd have to say that I would love to see Chris Jericho back in the WWE and be the title holder, although I think his gimmick can carry itself without gold. I think someone should be elevated to main event status, like Kennedy or even Carlito. I'd probably have Kennedy winning the title and going forward until Wrestlemania; I could see Orton v. Kennedy v. Triple H as a great Wrestlemania main event.
