What are some TV shows you are absolutely hooked on?

I had stopped watching tv so much because there was never anything good on. But now it seems as though there are a lot of great shows on. The shows I must watch every week are Heroes, Smallville,Supernatural, Blood Ties, and most recently Friday Night Lights. So what are some shows that you just have to see every week?

I love smallville its my favorite show of all time and ive been watching it ever since it first premeried and I havent missed an episode. I just love the storylines the action and off course Clark trying to become superman even though I like Lex luthor more. Another show I like even though it just started is reaper that show is very funny and I look forward to each and every episode.

I've watched Smallville for awhile..I started watching when it first starting coming on. I stopped watching for like one season (don't really know why) but now, it's a must see..

you are right there are a lot of good shows on this year.
I think my favorite NEW show of the year is MoonLight, the other new comers that i am not sure about yet are, K-ville, Bionic woman, & Life.
my other season shows are: Smallville, supernatural,Friday night lights, all the CSI's, NCIS, ghost whisperer,without a trace,Bones,The unit,Prison break, and of course my favorite show is Criminal minds!
Realty shows are Survivor & Biggest loser.
Sports will be NFL and collage Football, & Nascar.
What about Day time shows? I am Opera & sometimes Dr Phil. He doesn't seem to be having any good shows lately

I haven't seen Moonlight yet, but I've heard it's good. I don't watch many reality shows, except maybe Beauty and the Geek every once in awhile.
