Have you tried doing these sudoku puzzles? What about the Kakuro puzzles? I personally prefer to do the Kakuro puzzles because they are more challenging. There is math involved and to me that is better for practice in basic math. Share your thoughts on these two types of puzzles with the rest of us. Happy posting..

Oh come on now cajun, it is a matter of preference. If you don't feel comfortable with one type of puzzle, there is nothing wrong with that. You just find something that you do like to do. The fillitin ones are fun too. My mom likes the search a word. I like crosswords and kakuro. I still have a problem with them, but that is what makes it a challenge. Thanks for your view on this topic.

I use to never know how to play sudoku until my assistant manager showed me how to play it and to be honest with you it is addictive. I admit at first it was very very confusing but I definitly enjoy playing it now.

HI tgreen, I still have a hard time doing the sudoku puzzles. They seem too boring for me, or just not my cup of tea. I prefer kakaru

yup. i do sudoku. i love answering them! its very challenging (when its on higher levels like 5 to 6). i answer the sudoku puzzles i can find on the newspaper when im not doing anything at the office. ^__^ i havent tried kakuro puzzles though. i've never heard of it actually. i'll try to search for it online. but i dont like math so im guessing i'll find it hard to answer a kakuro puzzle. LOL

Hi laurika, I found my first kakuro puzzle book at the airport about a year ago. Someday I will finish the book. I don't think I like the sudoku puzzles, maybe I just have not figured it out right yet.

I love sudoku puzzles. I find them to be very enjoyable to do. I looked up what kakuro puzzles are. I haven't done them before and I don't think I would like doing them. I'm not a fan of math, so I'm not interested in those puzzles.
