Well, i just started going to the gym and im new to it. For new members, you have a 2 session free with a trainor to give introduction on how to use some of the machines. After my 2 sessions there's an assessment on how to keep track with your goals and etc. They also talk about, if you will have a trainer for this no of sessions you can avail it with the price of this. So what do you think? Would you recommend to first timers to have a trainor or just work it out ourselves?

I also started working out on a gym this morning and I find it necessary to have a trainor, first and foremost to assist in the machines that are new to me and to look on my development and phases, and of course to teach us the proper way to do it. I like the trainor we had,he's strict because he hsaid he don'r want us to waste our money and effort.

How many sessions do you have a trainer and how much does it cost? I like the idea of having a trainer too, but what concerns me is that im already paying monthly fee. And availing a personal trainer is expensive. By the way thanks for your response.

Yeah, I do have a trainer at the gym but he's not a personal trainer.. He assists everybody who go to gym.. He's for everybody, not for any individual person... I always take his advices while I am working out becoz he's quite a pro at it, he's been on this job for almost 12 yrs...
