How often do you go in a fast food like McDonalds or Burger King?

I think sometimes is a good idea to take a fast lunch in a fast food, but it's impossible go with an high frequence in these place. It's really unhealthy for our body, not only to become fat. Once a months is good, but once a week is not a good idea. And there are people that everyday go there?!?! How this is possible? Are we becoming an idle population? We prefer foods off the shelf because our society is fast at the same manners. USA are the worst example: people very fat that enjoy to go in fast food. I'm lucky to be an italian: I can be proud of our cooking!! Cheers pasta & pizza..

here in the philippines fast food chains are very popular, i also go there but not too frequent since i have no time. when i meet my college friends we also eat fries at mcdo.

It's philippines an evolved country? I always thought that was a country bad organized and with old houses. I'm amazed that there are fast food!! In Italy there are some, but not as in England or in other country very lovers of fast food..

maybe you heard of that bad reputation of Philippines a long time ago. i'm happy to inform you that our country is not as bad as you think. it is also progressing like any other country.

I'm happy to know this.. I thought only in China, Japan and India there was an expansion.. I never been in an asiatic country, so it's all my imagination. I'm sorry if I offended you, because may seem an offense, but I'm just curious.

Believe it or not. I eat at Mcdonalds almost 3 times a week :). First I pass on this fastfood everyday,so I find it very convenient. Also you can order your order in much shorter time, so I can save time.

Sometime we can go for months without stopping at a fast food joint. Lately, it has been about once a month. It is usually Burger King, since I enjoy the Whopper Jr so much.

Well not too oftne. But since mcd's started that monopoly thing going on, gonna eat more mcd's for a while I guess haha!! I usually love mcd's for the cheap 42oz drinks :)) which I drink like once a week. I usually otherwise do fast food when I cant eat at home which happens at least once a week!

well when i was in philippines i go mc donald most at a time.when i dont feel to eat in my home.i like big mcdo is the one of my favorite and fried chicken too.but when im here in taiwan maybe only a christmas day because i celebrate christmas here but most taiwanese they dont have a christmas.and my place is far from mcdonald its 30min. to go even i miss to eat bigmc its difficult to go so i used to eat sanwich wtih burger that i made w/cheese,tomato and put salad dressings taste i fine and yummy.

I can't remmeber the last time I ate fast food. Maybe 10 years ago....I can't eat it, the grease and all that makes me sick and it is so unhealthy. I never eat that stuff!
