Yeah.. I do wear them whenever I am at the wheel.. I beleive in the saying, "Its better to be safe than sorry".. I don't why people refrain from wearing it.. Its for their safety only, and it does not require much effort also to wear...

Around 8 months ago, my freind was envolved in an accident when he banged his car to another car. He was seriously injured and was hospitalized. Doctor said if he had worn his seatbelt, he would not be injured so badly. It took him around 5 months to recover...... Earlier, I also dont used to wear my seat belt but after seeing this accident I realized the importance of seatbelt. Now, I always wear my seatbelt no matter where ever I go. I also advice to everyone to always wear seatbelt. There is no need to play with your life and risk it. Wear seatbelt and be on safer side........ Drive safe be safe!

When i was still driving... i would always use the seatbelt because i know it can make a huge difference when an accident occurs... even if i am not the driver... i would still use a seatbeat and i always remind the one driving or the other passengers to use their... Safety first...

Yes always. Usually the first thing I do when I'm in the car. At the very least its the last thing I do before putting the car in motion.

I always wear seatbelts when driving or even if I'm just in the passenger seat. Like some people have mentioned, I also think it's better to be safe than sorry.

I always wear seatbelt, when I am behind the wheel. It has became a habit now, I don't forget to do that. Also there is no chance that I can forget, because if I forget to do so my car will make sound. We should always wear seatbelt, after all its for our safety only.

I never travel in a car unless I have a seatbelt on. It is against the law here in the UK to travel in a vehicle without wearing a seatbelt and it is there to save your life. I do find that wearing a seatbelt can sometimes be uncomfortable but I would sooner have the belt on than be thrown through a windscreen

Yes, I wear mine, even if its just for a short distance. I would rather not go flying through the windshield if I crashed! I know my dad still hates to wear his, but he's gotten better about it. Mostly because his car makes a horrible noise if you dont have it on..haha. But yep, I wear it. I also make sure to always have it on because its a good example for my kids. :)

I always wear mine. A seatbelt (and the Grace of God) kept my mom, my nephew (actually he was in his car seat), and I from serious injury in a wreck on the interstate several years ago. It is best to wear them. The odds of serious injury in a crash are reduced if you have it on. Being a former Law Enforcement Officer, I have seen situations where the person involved was saved by them. I have also seen a few instances where the driver would have been killed if they HAD been wearing them. A friend of mine was involved in a serious crash in a Coca-Cola truck. The only thing that saved him was the fact that he didnt have on his seatbelt and was thrown into the floor of the vehicle somehow. He is O.K. now, but if he had been wearing his seatbelt, he would have probably been killed or at least paralyzed. I have also seen situations where the seat belt would have made no difference one way or the other. I have seen drivers die with them on, and I have seen people die with them off... The bottom line is that it is always best to wear a seatbelt, even in the back seat. Another friend of mine and her three kids were coming home on the interstate from a camping trip. Neither of them were wearing a seatbelt, and they were all four ejected from their SUV during a rollover crash. She and one of her kids survived...but she buried the other two a few days later. It is likely from what I saw of the damage to the vehicle in pictures that were taken, and from reading the reports, that all would have survived if they had been buckled in. I cant say that for sure, but their chances of survival would have been A LOT better. It is better to err on the side of conservancy...Buckle Up...

I always wear a seatbelt. Like overwings said, it is a habit for me. All you have to do is pull the strap and buckle it into place. It's really not that hard, and it doesn't really get in your way. It could just save your life. That's why I wear one all the time; any time.

I do always or at least practically always wear a seat belt when driving or being driven somewhere. It is a habit my father got me into - when he was teaching me to drive he said you must buckle up before you do anything else.... it has sense become a law in this state and while I think it should be a rule for people to govern themselves in this manner I do not think it should be a law.

I always wear seatbelts while driving. I am a firefighter and an Emrgency Medical Technician. I have seen first hand the damage done to people who were not wearing their seatbelts. Just become a firefighter, and I can almost gurantee you will wear a seatbelt.
