Do you watch magical girls anime?

Well, I still do like magical girls anime. I am fascinated by the graphics and the concept as well. Though I am also looking forward to the story, I still appreciate it for it is not that easy to combine several elements in an anime. There are so many magical girls anime other than Sailor Moon. There are Pretty Cure, Saint Tail, Oja Majo Do Re Mi, Mermaid Melody Pichi Pitch, and many more.

Ahh, I really like Magical Girl anime, it's what got me into anime in the first place. I remember when I was little, I rushed home after school to watch Sailor Moon. Romance, nicely designed costumes, girls kicking butt.. what's not to love? Some Magical Girl anime I would recommend are: Cardcaptor Sakura (a girl who accidentally releases all these Clow Cards and now she must seal them back) Pretear (it's sort of like Snow White, but bishounen, magical powers and pretty costumes) Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch (mermaids protecting the ocean from evil using song.)

for me, there's nothing that can compare with sailormoon. its the first of its genre and still the most popular. ^__^ i liked other mahou shoujo series though, like miracle girls, cardcaptor sakura, magic knight rayearth, super doll licca chan and ojamajo doremi. ^__^;; i'd recommend miracle girls, CCS, and MKR. ^__^

havent seen this one yet. and i dunno if this one is as good as sailor moon. i like sailor moon cause it was one of the first anime ive watched when i was small. and is one of my favorite back then, i collect cards, stickers, manga and wallpapers before, and even join their fun club cause it sailor moon was really popular at that time.

Yeah actually. Never really watched any of the one's you mentioned, except the odd episode of Sailor Moon back in the day. The one's I've watched were still targeted at a male audience unlike what happens to most of the ones that make it over here. Nanoha for instance... Moetan, Nanatsuiro Drops, although Nanatsuiro is less male targeted than the other two. Even Nanoha is somewhat borderline in that respect... Moetan on the other hand is most definitely. ;p

I watched some of Sailor Moon. There was also some of Wedding Peach too. I know some of these are probably swinging for the fences but they do contain magic girls or just a magic girl here goes Ah! My Goddess Devil Hunter Yokho Dokouro Chan Kamichama Karin Maburaho Pita Ten Zero No Tsukaima And probably others, remember I've seen a lot of them. Plus others mentioned some. I'm having a senile moment.

Well, I was never really fond of animes like Sailor Moon. I just wasn't into those types. Well, sailor moon was the first anime I ever saw and I just thought it was weird. But there was an anime I'm watching right now. Well, there's only 1 more left in the series I need to watch. But is part of the Nanoha series. Its really good because its different from the normal 'magical girl' animes and the battle sequences are nicely drawn and put together. There are 3 seasons of it. Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS There's only 1 more episode of StrikerS that needs to be translated. The rest of the series are pretty good. Its best to start from the begining where she first gets her powers. And I don't really know what considers a 'magical girl' anime, but Maburaho is pretty funny as well.

I used to what them when I was a child. Now I just watch Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne. I can remember that I really loved watching magical girls anime. I watched them a lot. I liked - and I continue to like now - Creamy Mami, Evelyn - dunno which is his original name -, Miracle girls, Sweet Mint

I always enjoyed sailor moon,but havn't seen many others,I collected cards and posters of sailor moon but that was it.

sailormoon is old school. the most recent magical girl anime i really like is 'Magical lyrical Nanoha' and the 2nd season is even better. i highly recommend this.

i loved sailor moon :D i had lots of card collections and some posters too :) but after that im not fond of magical girls anymore _ but i've watched some interesting magickal girls anime, they were good i guess (the only thing i like about them are the bubbly fun theme songs lol). to name a few i had watched Pita Ten (dont think its really a magickal girl thing, but the protagonist is an angel), Yume Tsukai, Amaenaideyo and Amaenaideyo katsu! :) plus there's this other one.. i havnt finished the whole series yet but its called Cosplayers (short for Cosmopolitan Prayers, its a sequel for Love Love and another anime i forgot the title lol)

The only magical girls I ever watched were the Senshi of Sailor Moon, I'm not much of an anime goer any more but Sailor Moon still rocks my socks!
