I never did hear from the people with the yorkie and I feel it's their loss! I now have little Buttercup. I don't know why they named her that since she's black but she is the cutest thing. She's a 6 month old Pom and so adorable. I've actually already been for a walk with her...ME out of my apartment and not to do errands. This is so not me. I never leave here unless it's absolutely necessary.
he's so bouncy and lovable and I can't believe she's mine. She's SO bouncy that it was hard for me to get her to hold still long enough to get a picture of her but I did it.
I finally found someone who was trustworthy. I guess not ALL people are bad huh? Did I learn a lesson? I really don't think so. I think I was just lucky this time and found the one in a million.
What do you think? Did I find a "needle in a haystack"? Aren't you just thrilled for me? I don't think I could be any happier right now!

Yes they do and I'm happy I waited because she is smaller than the other dog and that's what I wanted. I'm going to keep the name Buttercup because it's starting to fit her!

At first I saw "he's" - a typo. and I was like a boy named buttercup..wha!? but realized it was a typo.

and honestly I have to say that no, you didn't find a needle in a haystack. You see, all animals are great. It's the people who care for them who aren't.
So what really happened was that Buttercup found a needle in a haystack...that needle being you.

Oh, thank you! I did mean it was the people who are the needle in the haystack not Buttercup! Also I now see the type...lol...I was so happy and in a hurry to write about her!

Congrats on your pom.I used to have a pom named Taz.I named him after the Tazmanian Devil because he was always going around in circles.They make wonderful pets.She will stay bouncy for a long time.They are very active and very easy to train.

You're right about that she is a bouncy little thing. I can barely get her to stop long enough to take pictures of her...lol...she better get used to that!

Aww..she's so sweet and adorable looking and I know she has a good mom now...are you going to be in competition here with Gissi and write stories about her? LOL I'm so happy that you're happy now and maybe things worked out for the best this way

Well, I think I've learned from you not to write discussions written by Buttercup!!! I do believe everything worked out for the best because she's exactly the size I wanted..and I've already been out of my apartment 3 times today!! A record for me :)

She is absolutely adorable. A real cuty! Looks like it is a very good thing that you got this dog, if you hardly ever go out of your apartment.
I bet you have bought her some nice doggy toys & have a bed for her to sleep in. Or does she sleep in your bed?

Playful is not the word! She is a little furball of energy. When we walk we don't walk we practically run and it's so good for me.

I THINK my grandparents had one at one time. That or it was a silky. Are they the same? I get them mixed up.
Anyways. Dont let names fool you. :)) I have a maltese, shes ALL white as they are and I named her Rainbow (after Rainbow my favorite 80s cartoon). Rainbow and white gets reactions. Why name a dog something that has so much color? ;) So yeah buttercup is an adorable name!

I have to say, ctry, that your happiness is contagious. I am so very happy for you-and a little bit jealous. I would love to have a cute little pet. I am sure that you and Buttercup(love the name) will have a long and mutually-satisfying relationship. You know that old saying-When a door closes, a window opens. I think you might have come out the winner in this round, lol.

Now I'm calling her Peanut Buttercup one because my granddaughter stayed the night and she loves them and that's what she called her when I told her the pups name and two because she is a peanut! lol....You are right about the door and the window. I did come out the winner finally and for a change.

She is so cute!! I am certain that Buttercup, for one, is very happy the deal with the Yorkie fell through. Most things happen for a reason and both of your lives just got better. I feel it is the beginning of a beautiful relationship.
