What features make the item attractive?

It's pretty much agreed that eBay, being an online business, is set on page design and how attractive it is. Professional looking and attractive are shown to increase sales. What page features make an eBay item attractive? Do you think the backgrounds and page designs eBay offers make a difference in the final price of the item? What other things make it attractive?

Added features on some thing will be very enticing. It could be a freebie itself. Or simply a decoration that will look good in the eyes. Of course, we have tp check the quality of the product. If all of these are met, then let's buy it.
