What type of fish do you prefer to eat? How do you like it cooked?

I prefer to eat Salmon or Talapia and I like to bake these fish. I use a little salt with some garlic power and cook them until they are flaky.

i like to eat steamed fish, but if it comes to salmon then i like it grilled without and added herbs or spices to bring out the natural flavour of the fish.

the best fish to eat for me is cockles, though they dont taste as nice when i order them when i go out. the jarred ones are the ones i go mad for. though for the resurant i say crab, i had it when i went with my grandad to whitby
