Are you a college student who tries to get straight A's, or just enough to pass?

I'm in the middle. I don't pressure myself for straight A's, but unless it's a really hard class, I'd be disappointed with a C. I rarely skip classes, and I turn in all the assignments, but I don't study for most tests. Also, I really pay attention in class, and if the professor is really bad, I'll read my textbook while I'm there. I don't see myself as a hard worker, but I do hate wasting time during the day, so I'll do assignment between classes and during lunch, so I'm free to relax in the evenings.
I guess during the day I look like a straight A student, but in the evenings I'm a slacker. It just really works well for me.

I have always studied leisurely and enjoyed my life......and always i get some A's and B's this way i endup above average which is a better way then regretting you either enjoyed or studied a bit more than what was required

I've graduated, but when I was in college, I just wanted to pass. For subjects I really liked, I tried for A's, but I was happy with a B. And, really difficult subjects, I was happy with a C. I stopped thinking of straight A's the first time I got a D on a paper. It was bad, but I was way too upset, and figured I was putting too much pressure on myself. So, I continued to try my best, but if the best got me a lower grade than an A, as long as I passed, I was fine.

When I was in college, I was never bothered with the academic results. I know it's not hard to get more than a pass and that was where my focus lied. I preferred to enjoy life while I could and studied leisurely. I never worked really hard on studies and I still don't regret it because I always recall those days as the best days of my life.
