How much for $1? Please advice.

I am in the final stages of launching my web hosting service. It will be cpanel based shared hosting for the users. Basically the features would also include mysql databases, email accounts, fantastico, etc. I want to make this hosting as affordable for everyone as possible. So, I plan to have my starter package for $1 only. But how much should I offer for $1? Please advice me in terms of disk space, bandwidth, mysql databases, emails accounts ... how much of each should be there for $1 package? Thanks in advance friends!
