Is there a wicked power behind the illegal immigrant movement in the USA?

Greetings fellow MyLotters,
I have recently been involved in a very troubling discussion here. A particular member has begun to introduce the views of a terrorist movement, hell-bent on forcefully claiming the territory known as the Southwestern United States, as their own. Independent from both the U.S. and Mexico.
Contradicting their own statements, they lay claim to lands legally purchased from Mexico in both the Dresden Purchase, and the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo.
Since I am an impassioned supporter of freedom, I do not challenge this members right to voice such cries of thuggery. I will however, exercise my right to enlighten those who may not be aware of this anarchic power-play, currently taking place on U.S. soil.
Please don’t take my word that what I present here is the truth. I have provided several quotes, and links to Aztlan websites. Although I don’t support the idea of promoting their websites, I realize that the most transparent way to inform the public about the objectives of this tyrannical group is for the public to learn their goals from the pens of their own spokesmen.
I live in a Southwest border state. So, I’ve witnessed the imposition of these would-be thugs. What is even more troubling is having learned that this ‘thug’ mentality has infiltrated our college and university campuses, preying on the wide-open minds of our youth.
I hold no prejudice for any person's national origin, or skin color. However, my heart holds no room for any group of people who manipulate, coerce, and/or indoctrinate our own citizens into supporting thuggery, as a means to usurp power, wealth, or resources.
My questions to you are:
1. Were you aware of the Aztlan Movement?
2. How do you feel about these thugs planning to forcefully claim the US Southwest?
3. What do you believe is the best way to deal with this threat, while still maintaining Peace within our own borders, and with our neighbor to the South?
I would ask that we all keep our responses to a low roar, so that this discussion does not get deleted. I value the perspectives of my fellow MyLotters, and wish to preserve your ideas for future readers. Thank you!
Aztlan's justification for thuggery is:
“… no human being is an "illegal" alien. All human beings are endowed by God with certain rights and are free to travel the globe in search of shelter and food for themselves and their families.”

La Voz de Aztlan
Los Angeles, Alta California - September 12, 2007 - (ACN) The new bombings of six facilities of Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) by the Ejercito Popular Revolucionario (EPR) early Monday caused the price today of U.S. light crude for October delivery to rise to a record $80.00 per barrel. At the same time the dollar fell to a new all-time low against the Euro. The 13-nation Euro rose to $1.3901 today, topping all previous records.
A military spokesman of the EPR said that they placed 12 explosive devices each on 12 pipelines of Petroleos Mexicanos located at La Antigua, Ursulo Galvan, Omealca, Mendoza, Cumbres de Maltrata in the state of Veracruz and in Cuapiaxtla in the state of Tlaxcala. The explosives were detonated simultaneously at 2:00 AM on September 10. The EPR also carried out successful bombings of PEMEX facilities in the states of Queretaro and Guanajuato in July...."
“Who were the original Aztecs? By what route did this wandering tribe of hunter-gathers and part-time agriculturists arrive in the Valley of Mexico ….”
As they re-write history, fomenting a new terrorist, anarchist segment of society, they self-admittedly use fiction to foster violence and class-envy:
“As this project got underway, Itzcóatl and his main counselors saw the need to reconsider the past and define a new “national” historical identity. A council assembled in Tenochtitlan to review the old migration accounts. The council concluded that the obscure origins, the humiliations endured by the migrating tribe, and their well known lack of a prestigious ancestry were unacceptable for their new imperial status. It was determined that the common people need not know of the original circumstances in any detail or of the actual events surrounding the founding of Tenochtitlan. The old records were burned and a new official history began to be written
In describing the mythic home of Aztlan, we glean a closer look at the commitment of these anarchists: “Among many temples, council-houses and other buildings within the great enclosure there stood a tall scaffolding with transverse poles strung with thousands of skulls of the Aztec’s enemies. These were votive offerings to the many gods enshrined in the enclosure, but most especially to Huitzilopochtli. The skulls also served as terrifying reminders of the military might of Tenochtitlan’s rulers ….”
On the birth myth of their god:
“…. Suddenly, Huitzilopochtli was born, as a fearsome, supernatural warrior. Hurling a flaming “fire serpent” he pierced Coyolxauhqui and cut off her head, sending her body crashing in pieces down the slope of the mountain. Then Huitzilopochtli chased the Centzin-huitznaua around the hill, slaying without mercy.
“Their brief stop near Chapultepec was in fact a disaster, for they were defeated by the local Tepanecs of Atzcapotzalco and were forced to ask the neighboring Lord of Culhuacan for land on which to settle. This was granted in return for Mexica-Aztec warriors to serve Culhuacan in the endemic small-scale war and raiding between the fiercely independent rival towns and small cities of the basin.” So, they support mercenarianism?
“Los Angeles, Alta California - August 23, 2007 - (ACN) Karina Garcia, President of the Chicano Caucus at Columbia University, who single-handedly knocked out the founder of the Minutemen vigilantes Jim Gilchrist at a widely televised debate, was the keynote speaker at the Brown Berets de Watsonville "Youth and Power Conference" on August 14, 2007….”

“ David Sanchez and Jeronimo Blanco VS the Brown Berets de Aztlán:
Former Activists Using the Colonial Judicial System Against the Movimiento
Unión del Barrio is pleased to print this criticism of David Sánchez and his side-kick, Jeronimo Blanco, who have formed a clique of "self-proclaimed" leaders of what they call the "re-commissioned National Brown Berets." For one, it allows us to struggle against a most reactionary ego-tripping clique whose claim to fame is their brief participation in the anti-colonial struggle of Mexican people during the "Chicano Power Movement" of the late 1960s and early 1970s. Secondly, it provides us an opportunity to sum-up what principled struggle and unity is all about; exposing in particular, how this reactionary clique is using the colonial (gringo) judicial/police system to attack and eliminate righteous Raza liberation fighters (specifically the Brown Berets de Aztlán). Thirdly, it enables us to win back the heritage of struggle of Mexicanos as something that belongs to nuestra gente and not the "property" of any one individual. And, fourthly, it enables us to advance the politics of national liberation by comparing it to the decadent tio-taco politics (brown democrats) pimped to our young Raza by Sánchez and Blanco.
As an organization deeply rooted in the "Chicano Power Movement," (our founders and some of our current members were active in La Raza Unida Party, Brown Berets, CASA, United Farm Workers Union, M.E.Ch.A., and other movement formations) our political objectives have, and continue to be, that of the Chicano Movement: the liberation of all Raza and our lands occupied by gringo colonialism”

I had not previously heard of this group. This is really scary stuff. I am certainly very uncomfortable about the thought of any terror like group trying to take over ANY part of our country! As far as the best way to deal with this, I am not sure other than that the word definitely needs to be spread to try to keep this group from getting any larger. I wonder if our government is aware of them, or if they are trying to stop them??

Aztlan is not given much attention in the MSM as it would not play well into their agenda that diversity has only positive benefits.
You did well to publish this much info on the subject. Thanks.

Hello Redyelloblackdog,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this.
Of course you're right, the mainstream media is not giving this issue due attention. However, neither is the new media. At least, not that I'm aware of. If you know otherwise, please do share. I would be very interested in seeing any additional information on this.
