How old was ur baby when he start brushing his teeths?

I gave my daughter a toothbrush at 6 months old. She will put it in her mouth and imitate brushing her teeth. I have not given her any toothpaste yet just a plain wet brush. She will be 9 months next week and loves her toothbrush.

my Kids was all about two years old when thet got into brushing there teeth. I just let them watch me do it and they just took right to brushing.

well, you def. need to start brushing his teeth. He's old enough, and you wouldn't want to wait any longer. When my oldest was about 1 years old, we started doing it every night and morning, with a baby toothbrush, when he was about 18 months, we switched to a toddler tooth brush. We sing a song while we brush his teeth, so we know we brush long enough. He doesn't fight it, b/c he knows it's expected. And now that he's three, during our song, he brushes during the first verse and I brush his teeth during the second, that way I know his teeth are getting clean, but he still gets some practice. I would just make sure that from now on you are brushing his teeth. If he won't let you, discipline him, the same way you discipline him for any defiant behavior (time-outs, spankings etc, whatever works) until he complies. It really shouldn't be up to him at all, you are the parent, it's your job to make him. Good luck to you! Have a great day!

as soon as my children has teeth i bought them some kiddie brush and let them play with it. as soon as they reach 2 years old i teach them slowly how to brush teeth properly.

hello bhaskar, My kids start brushing their teeth when they are still 1 year and 6 months.I just buy them the kiddie toothpaste so that they will love to brush their teeth because it taste like fruits,its sweet.I used colgate kiddie toothpaste.
