If he was Gay he would not be interested in a heterosexual relationship, so the question has no meaning.

I would know if he were gay because I will only date Christan men. The guy I am dating now is a wonderful Christian man with Christian values.
If I were to find out the man I was dating were homosexual, I would tell him that it is a wrong lifestyle and we can remain friends, but no longer see each other as boyfriend/girlfriend. Of course, anyone who dates me knows I'm a Christian.

Oh Raven.
Homosexuality is a sin. A Christian man would not be a homosexual. I'm not saying that some men are not tempted to be this way, but with their willingness and the help of the Lord, they can resist this temptation.

I would be a little surprised (if he'd held it from me I mean) but I would be beyond supportive and if he was dating someone I'd want to know who and I'd definately want to meet him, have him over for dinner etc etc....

My reaction would depend on a few different factors. Is he coming out of the closet & confessing to having a gay affair during our relationship? I'd be just as hurt by a gay affair as I would be a straight affair. Is this a long term relationship? Again, I'd be just as upset at my partner saying he loves another woman as I would be if he were to say he loves another man.
But being hurt & upset would eventually pass and I'd get over it eventually. I hope that I'd be adult enough to wish him well, but depending on the situation I might not.

i'm going to be completly honest on this-if my boyfriend told me he was gay, my first reaction would be fury! not because he's gay, but because i'd feel he lied to me in the worst possible way-you don't just decide your gay, so hence he'd been lying, maybe as much to himself as to me, but it wouldn't make me feel any better. I'd be very hurt. I'm sure i'd get over it eventually, but i don't think i could be friends after.
