When you find it is hard to fall asleep what you gonna do?

It's a problem puzzle me a lot. Recently I find it's harder to fall asleep than before. I don't know how to do. It's said in some report that reading somethings or drinking a glass of milk would be helpful, but it's useless for me. What you gonna do when you find it is hard to fall asleep?

You should continuously drink milk. I suggest that you drink a cold orange juice after dinner. It is effective too in making a person sleepy. Read books or news papers, so that your eyes will get tired. When sleeping, do not think too much. Concentrate when you are sleeping. I also advised that you exercise regularly. i just read a book or watch movies, sometimes i surf the net or sit in front of my computer and play some games. if you really want to fall asleep try playing mystery case files, i'm sure you will feel sleepy the minute you have set your eyes on the game.

I spend a lot of time a day on computer. I really don't want to spend more on games. Any other advice? Thank you for sharing!

i think what makes it hard to sleep is when you're thinking hard. so you have to free your mind from all thoughts and relax you'll fall asleep without knowing the time. this is a natural dose.
