One of the M&M girls is getting really way to heavy! Its Maggie not Molly. Infact Molly is losing weight because she is constantly walking around this yard. She has so much nervous energy I think.LOL And Maggie will just in the chair outside and just watch her sister.LOL Geez! I dont know how to get Maggie motiavated! Oh and by the way the M&M girls are my cats.LOL Most of you know that!LOL So now Maggie is on a strict diet.

Hi Terry, hmmm, I am not sure you'll be able to do anything about it except for the diet, as cats have different characters and mentality just like we humans do. She has a mora lay down nature than her sisters obviously, and is lazier ;) So probably a food that goes better with her way of doing will do the miracle :)

LOL, and I've been there and done that, as you know I have 6, and one of these 6 is the biggest of them all, so she is on a permanent diet for her type of cat :) Attaching a photo of Sophie for you here

This is to funny. We have three cats Maggie,Molly and Callie. How funny that we picked the same names. We also have a dog named Sadie. Our cats are all still kittens though and growing fast.

Hi TerryZ! Oh poor Maggie going on a strict diet, I think she is now contemplating on doing some exercise now that you put her on a diet. But I find it cute having her just snuggled on a chair while watching Molly doing all the needed exercise for her. Cute! Take care and have a nice day.

I have a cat named Chase who's 11 and he began to pack in the pounds to the point of where he was obese. I started to let him outside in the same manner that you do and that helped. I've found that playing with him has been instrumental in his weight loss (4 lbs.!). Chase is into running after strings. His younger sister also keeps him on his claws with her own antics. I'm rooting for you Maggie!

I had the vet to get onto me once for wanting my kitty to gain weight, but he was a very LONG kitty, and he was rail thin to me, but he weighted about 10 lbs. at the time. I said I am not used to anything that I have for a pet as being thin or skinny. I personally love a plump kitty. Mine will get sort of plump after getting them fixed anyway. Our Old Yellow kitty (my avatar) he is the sweetest fella, and his tummy sways when he walks. But he can still chase and get around with the best of them. And he is a very mature kitty. That's cute you named your girls M & M girls :)
