Does anyone know any good sites for learning parkour?

I recently started watching videos of people doing parkour on youtube and decided that i really want to become a traceur. I learnt how to do a wallflip (i know its not parkour) on www.screwgravity.com but i want to learn the basics and eventually more. Does anyone know of any good sites or have any tips?
