In my 24 years of existence, I know I have done a lot of mistakes. But frankly speaking, I don't have any regrets at all because all those mistakes have molded me into a better person which I am today.

I appreciate you for sharing your story here. I know that we have different point of view. But based on your story, I can't see anything that you should regret. In fact you are very lucky for earning a degree in education. Though you are working as an agent and not in your field, but it is still a very decent profession that you should be proud of. I know that it would really be better to work in your chosen field of specialization. And who knows, you might land a job in your field soon. Good luck my friend!

We do have a similarity. We do consider mistakes of the past as a lesson. That has somehow made us a better person today. Though, we both have made countless mistakes but we never allow them to ruin our lives. I would say that it is a very good attitude. We should not live our lives backwards but rather the other way around. Past has already passed and we are here to live the present and to prepare for the future. So why not use the lessons in the past as our preparation for the future, right? Good luck my friend!

I never worry about past incidents as it will ruin the future..offcourse mistakes makes us a better person as we certainly learn from our mistakes..it provokes us to be caution when we meet the same kind of problem that we met before and where we did a mistake..

Yeah right! I do appreciate your character. We should not live our past. But rather, we should learn from the mistakes we had in our past. It should serve as our teachers to make us a better person. I believe that everything happens with a purpose and that purpose is for us to discover.

I've been through the ups and downs of life and had committed numerous mistakes. But frankly speaking, I never ever had a regret on everything. Because, I believe that every single thing in my past had contributed a lot with what I am today. And I am proud to say that I grow better and better each day of my life because all my mistakes had served as my mentor.

That is so nice to hear honeylou_blash! I do admire your point of view. Yeah, you are very correct. Everyone of us do encounter a lot of mistakes simply because that is part of our life. Yet those mistakes have molded us into a better person. The more mistakes you commit, the wiser and stronger a person becomes. Continue your positive and attitude and I for sure, you'll be a very successful person in the future. Good luck!

There are many mistakes as well for me. I regret sometime. As like yours, they have made me stronger and i think they are the real learning experiences. One thing that i regret most that i was wrong in judging a certain person who was a cheat actually and I thought him to be my best friend.

It is good to know that you see this mistakes as your mentor. These mistakes are just trials we encounter in life to make us stronger. I hope that you will continue this kind of character. Never allow these mistakes ruin your life. But rather surpass them and for sure you would reach the peak of your success!

Hi shameh1202! There is no such thing as a life without any regrets. We are humanbeings and are likely to make mistakes or errors in life. These experiences in one way or the other makes us stronger. However, regrets can become either burdens that interfere with your present happiness and restrict your future, or motivation to move forward.I too have a few regrets in life like not studying well when I was in college, not utilizing my time and money properly and not having treated my mother well when she was well. But my mistakes sure have made me a better person now.

Yeah, you're right. Since our lives go up and down, oftentimes we do encounter some problems that would be left unsolved. Yet we should not be bothered by those mistakes. We should always remain strong ready to fight whatever battles life may bring. And as much as possible, we should use those mistakes in the past as our teacher to make us a better person today.

When I was young, younger than you I said to myself I was going to live my life without any regrets. Ha that's easier said than done. Like they say if I had known now what I knew then boy things would be a lot different. The biggest regret and really probably the only regret was breaking up with my first love. Ten years later I'm still kicking myself. The next little regret although not nearly as big was that I should have majored in something better in college.

Ouch! that's so painful but I hope it doesn't hurt you anymore. Anyway, thanks for sharing your very wonderful experience. All I could say is that maybe the two of you might not really be meant for each other. But the good thing is, it has somehow made you a better person. All our mistakes in lives are really for a cause.:-)

What you said is true. We make mistakes and have a feeling of regret in the beginning. But the most important thing here is we learn from this experience. And by learning from it, we become better persons, and with better decisions. With your experience, you have better choices of what is good and what is bad and so we just pick the one which you think is the best one for you. No regrets! Just learn from every mistake in your life!

Yeah, it is very much true. And you have explained your point very well. That life is indeed full of positive and negative things. We do encounter a lot of mistakes in our everyday life. Yet, we should remain strong and take those mistakes in the past as our mentors. Let's always bear this in mind that the harder the problems we encounter, the better person we become.
