Anyone plan on getting the new Kid Rock CD? I had it a few days before it hit the streets and I am pretty impressed with it but it is a far cry from his old school rap tracks. It's got more of a southern fried rock feel to it but there are some really, really good ones like Half Your Age, New Orleans and So Hott.

Yeah, I will be getting it. I like him despite what so many people say about him. I really like his transformation to rapper, southern rocker, pop, etc. He's got a lot of talent and keeps on evolving.

I do. I love Kid Rock. I heard this new one kicks some bum. I have all his other Cd's. I love hearing his voice and can't wait to get the new one. But if it sounds like country. That will be the last one I buy of his. Don't get me wrong I like country. I only buy certain country artists. Reba being one of them. Not someone who can't figure out what type of music they want to play.

I'll probably check it out..I love Kid Rock so for me to NOT check it out wouldnt make sense to me LOL...My daughter is actually really into Kid lately too actually...She's borrowed a couple of my CDs a few times over the past few weeks...

I will be going out and buying this new album. I read that he wanted to fill the niche of arena rock from the past since no one is really doing it these days. I love the kid and think he is a smart man. I think half Your Age was written as a dig at Pamela Anderson.

Yes. I plan on buying Kid Rock's new CD. His music is awesome! I love the new one 'So Hott'. I like his new style of music.
He is a very talented musician and definitely does not get the credit that he deserves.
I am looking forward to the new CD and I hope it's as good as his others!

I bought the new CD about a month ago and haven't taken it out of my CD player yet. I listen continously and never get tired of it. I love the mix of blues, rock, rap, power ballads, country....It just has everything. At first, my favorite was Half Your Age - love the "sly country kissoff" to Pam. But now I'm finding that I really like When u Love Someone. In my opinion, this is his best work by far!!!
