He wouldn't die, as vampires are technically undead. It is also possible that vampires can detect a virus in the blood and wouldn't drink it to begin with. Keeping in mind that vampires are fictional.

I don't believe anything about vampire or anny that related with it, but i do enjoying film like underground, blade and whatsoever. And about your question, hmmmm how should i respond :) since vampires not exist, how do we know. I don't want give some lie here...
