Is it hot in your place lately?

It's been so hot in my place lately that I got headaches for days because of the hot weather. Lucky it was cloudy and rain a little yesterday.
I can't imagine if the weather keep being hot, what will happened to my head.
What do you do to cool down yourself during hot weather?
I almost stay in air conditioned room as much as possible to hide from the headache.

Well, where do you live by the way? I live in South California and the weather is crazy in the Summer time. You dont know how much hot we have over here, sometimes it is over 100F, plus I work in a bakery shop and they bake those stuff almost 24/7... can you imagine the heat from baking the food and the weather heat? lolz... but I always keep myself cool cuz I have to deal with this everyday and every year.
I always turn on the fan early morning and keep the blinder down so the sun won't get in much. keep the door open and use the other fan to get the air from outside. If you have a fan that has water then it would be great. We never turn on the A/C. My manager said it costs too much to use it, so all we use are fans. :)
At home, I always keep all blinders down and turn on the fan before I leave the house. So, by the time I come back then My house won't be that hot. I hope it helps

I live in the tropical country, Indonesia. I can't keep my bedroom 'ventilated' like you do because many mosquitos and I don't like to use the mosquitos sprayer.
I know AC cost a lot but . . . .
I can picture how is it your working place, the heat.
I only can wish you good luck with the baking and stuff.
By the way, you must smell like bread =)
