When we'll have maid Robot?

It maybe soon, but in reality it'll still take many years to complete. Someone already mentioned Kokoro Dreams, but yes Japan, Korea and other countries are making strides in robotics and robotic-human interface (uh the android interaction, not the plugging ones brain into the machine... but it is still being worked on by a couple of countries). Anyways, humanoid robots are being developed tested for construction work and there are photos, reports, even videos of the demonstrations. The same with android type robots, and maid robots are being developed based on the technology. There are still concerns about interaction, programming and errors. Where and when you'll be able to buy one of these? 2050 is what some people are saying. It could be sooner though, or later. Its still a long way off.

Pretty soon. They have created humanoid robots, and I have downloaded a video of a female robot, that exactly looks same(almost) as a human. They much into making like a humanoid robot. Seems like a scary kind of thing actually. I personally wouldn't want to buy a product that does everything for me. Although I can see the appeal for some. I've just always thought that theres some joy you can get from personally accomplishing something.

your question seems to be obvious... servant robots will be made very soon there are many advancements in robotics. the japanese have made many sample maid robos tohelp man....... robotics have intruded in many sophisticated fields like defence,military,etc in a couple of years they are going to rule the world............. your dream come true in another 10yrs or so
