The price is of course number one, as well as the location. I actually don't want a furnished apartment. One thing I have to have is a peephole in my door. I have to be able to see who is outside because I'm single, and have no way of stopping someone from coming in if I open that door and they want to come in. I'd give them a heck of a fight though. : ) The second thing I look for is a dishwasher. I'd look for an apartment until I found one with that appliance.

Well if I was looking for an apartment I guess the first thing I look for is if its in my budget and easily affordable for me. Then I would have to factor in locating because I wouldn't want to be to far away from everything. Then I would have to be comfortable with the neibours and especially with the landlord. The worst thing thing you can get is a bad landlord or neibour. Finally size and style are the last things I factor in when choosing an apartment and thats about it.
