Hey Myloters!! Name's Silveysim. I lost 7 pounds. And am proud of it. Anyone else lose weight lately or have weightloss goals or plans they'd like to talk about?? Well, I bought this dress and still don't fit in it but it's a beautiful Red evening dress. I want to be wearing it by valentines day! Well anyway, my goal is to lose 50 pounds by the end of this year. Which would be easy if I wasn't going to school...and having friends that want to hangout still...that and work. I was going to fast tommorow. Though I want to work out...so It's like should I fast??? Well, I just might exercise first. Eat then Fast. I'm always having goals. AnYWAY!! WEIGHT LOSS HERE I COME!! by the way turned 21 being 7-12 pounds less then when I turned 20. So things are turning around makes me happy!

My weight loss total at this point is 38 pounds. But I have to say it did not happen overnight, nor was it easy. This took a few years to accomplish as deaths in the family stopped me from walking and I gained 10 pounds back on after losing 30. I have almost reached my goal. I'm almost 45 years old and have to be realistic about what I could weigh at this age but I want to feel good about myself and in order to do that I need to look good. I'm already feeling good about the way I look but there is still a little roll I need to get rid of. LOL!

oh me too. I got weight on my back i want to get rid of. I work at a school...and am always having picture taken, and like I would really like it if they stopped taking back pictures or leaning pictures of me cuz elsewise I look fine. I'm so proud of you, you lost 38 pounds, and in reality you put in the effort of 48. So you lost 48 and gained ten leaving you at 38 pounds closer to your weight loss goal. So what are you aiming at!! Yeah, realistic...is important. Well you go GIRL!! I'm proud of you too. Keep trucking along.-Silveysim
