Do you believe that beauty is on the eye of the beholder? I believe this but there are times that I want to doubt this...why do people that are of normal weight just the ones adored or loved?

...My man supports me as I loose weight, however, he thinks I am beautiful the way I am. In fact, I think he may worry about competition when I reach my goal weight. He is very insecure in that area. His past relationships have ended because the women in his life cheated on him. ...My goal is to show him there are women who are faithful in love. I hug and kiss my friends, even my girlfriends, in front of him. I will not change my ways because of his insecurities. He can see and sense it is him I am in love with. It is his hands my heart beats in and he can feel this to be true. ...There is a couple in my neighborhood and they are over weight. They are very much in love and very cute to see together. However, there are a few over weight people in my church and they are very much alone, no lovers in their life. My sister is very big and married to a very skinny man. I don't think you can generalize that all fat people are loveless. I think it is harder for them, but not impossible. ...Peace be with you. =(^;^)= Della

...Being positive on the inside reflects well on the outside, gf! When I look in the mirror, I see God's child and I know He loves me just as I am. I love my friends and others this same way. I pray for the ugly people, like my ex, they are ugly inside not necessarily outside. ...Personally, I'd rather be fat. I can change that. My ex may aways be ugly and stupid, because he chooses to not change. 40 pounds coms off a lot easier than owning, repenting and making amends for ugly things said and done. ...That is just one of the reasons to practice GOOD IN, GOOD OUT! It works with nutrition, too. We spend too much time sabotaing ourselves. When you want a doughnut, ask yourself it you really want to sabotage yourself? Tell yourself eatting healthier will look better on you. ...Covert Bailey's FIT OR FAT TARGET DIET is how I have taken off weight in the past and how I am taking it off now. The joke is it isn't a diet. It is a simple approach to nutrition. Decrease your fat intake to 20% of total calories, increase your fiber intake about 30 to 35 grams/day and exercise a little more. Weight will be RELEASED. You never want to loose it! What is the first thing you do when you loose your car keys? Don't you look for it?! RELEASE your unwanted weight, then you will not look for it when it is gone. ...You are beautiful! You must affirm this. Stand in front of the mirror and say it. "I am beautiful. I weigh my ideal body weight. I eat only foods that are healthy for me." Soon your body will catch up with what you affirm. There is a thing in our brain called the Reticular Activating Center. It looks for what we think about. So think GOOD IN, GOOD OUT. ...Peace be with you. =(^;^)= Della
