eragon sequel????

I have watched the first movie. I'd love to see the sequel of these. Well LOTR has more effects. Specially the LOTR the 2 towers where the trees came alive to fight. But I also likes dragons and wants to see what comes out of Eragon.

I really think they'll make a 2nd part. Eragon IS a trilogy after all... And making the first movie without continuing the whole series is just plain stupid. They may not have started producing yet, but I hope they will soon. And yes, I agree, the Eragon movie was a better book-to-movie adaptation than the Harry Potter series. I love Eragon just as much as I love Potter.

I'm not real sure when it comes out, but if you find out before I do let me know. My kids and I really enjoyed the movie and can't wait for the second one to come out either now that we know they are supposed to be making one. I wasn't even aware that they were making a sequel, but i think it's awesome that they are.

I searched for it in the biggest movie page i know, but it seems that its not being produced yet... Also I think that the Harry Potter books are better, but this movie is better than any of the HP ones...

I'm sorry but obviously you didn't read the book, other wise you'd know you should take the movie out back and use it as a target practice for you're shotgun. If they made another movie they'ed have to remake Eragon so that the other books would fit in, The movie completely destroyed the books plots, character devlopments, and i don't honestly see how they planed on making a second one unless the whole point of the movie was to make everyone not want to read the book. If they make another Eldest into a movie, i'd not see it if they payed me to

Still not in production. As I have reviewed other site, all say it won't happen. Who knows, it could be pulled into production after this many years.... In the mean time, if you have nt seen Dragonheart (first or sequel), check them out. Well made and thought out for being made in 1996 and 2000.

A lot of people were really upset with the Eragon movie and it didn't make nearly as much as some thought it would. I don't think that there will be an Eldest movie, even though it is a trilogy. 20th Century Fox left out a lot of crucial info that is relevant to the plot, such as the Cripple who is Whole. I believe that they painted themselves into a corner and won't be able to create any more movies.

I'm not sure they will make a sequel :( they missed so many things from the book to even make the 2nd one make sense. Unfortualy there are more parts with Merta and Angela that weren't in the movie. Honestly I thought the movie was really good. I hope there is a second one and hope they figure out how to fix what they didn't put into the movie to make the or a sequal make sense.
