how are M& M's made??

MMMMM&MMMMMMMs..... if you get a constant supply of those who cares to think of making. And making is not easy. It is Sugar coated chocolate with approved additives. Making chocolate at home is not so hard....and to hot choc add milk and butter to impart a magical taste and aroma. Coating with sugar can be tedious but often fruitful. But the additives do play a vital role. It gives the so-called 'finishing touch'.A few additives in food are proven harmful....hope M&M's are pure. And if you still want the recipe.....i suggest you break into the M&M's factory and get the secret.....(and call me when you are going)

Yes, I love them and I absolutely ignore the way they are made. I must admit that recently, forced by a diagnosis of diabetes, I can't anymore make efforts to discover it by taste. But I can still dream of them. I don't want to know exactly their recipe, I just want to dream of their composition! bye bye
