Getting home based business out there

I am looking for any suggestions on how to get my home based business out in the web. Without having to spend to much money on marketing it. Because I am just starting out don't have that much of a buget for advertising and not that big enough to take out a loan. Are there any free websites that I can post what I do to attract people who want to work from home?
