I just read the book about Mother Angelic and her life by Raymond Arroyo. He is a very good writer and easy to read. I loved the book. It not only told about Mother and her life, but intertwined it told the history of EWTN, the Catholic Television Network. Fascinating read. She is a very strong-willed person who was determined to keep the facets of her faith and her belief in God pure and uncompromised. She was championed by John Paul II and knew the current Pope before he became the Pope. Interesting history. She had a hand in stopping the english translation of the Cathechism of the Catholic Church being published using inclusive language (that means removing all gender references in the Bible). Bravo to her. It is well worth reading.
