Is there a specific breed that "talks"?

My daughter has a lurcher and she almost never barks (unless she sees a fox) but she makes all kinds of other sounds - she growls, she tries to sound like the cats, she makes noises like "beeep" or "ka-ching" - and I'm wondering: Is there a specific breed out there that does this? If so, what breed? Our lurcher is obviously whippet or greyhound plus something, and we don't know what.
