Green Tea is not the raw leaves. It is an extract derived from the leaves of Camellia Sinensis, the plant from which green, black and oolong teas are made.Green tea is a product which has undergone minimal oxidation during processing.Green tea has about quarter the caffeine content by liquid volume of coffee. This has long been used by the Chinese. It contains high level of polyphenols( a bioflavonoid). Its a rich source of EGCG ( an antioxidant). It has 200 times more potent than vitamin E,in fighting free radicals and pro-oxidants. In India it is available in most of the malls. Many company's have introduced green tea.Tata's Tetley brand has different flavours of green tea. They come in sachets.Other brands sell it in packets like your normal teas you have to brew it.Only thing you should not add milk.If you want to sweeten it you either add sugar or honey. Its better to have it plain for health benefits. Its your choice.Hope I made myself clear.Enjoy the goodness of green tea

I've never had green tea, so I don't know. I'm not too into tea. Don't drink it unless there's no other drink available that has caffeine in it. Then it's only iced tea.

You should try it out.You can have your green tea iced and flavoured either with mint or lemon, no sugar and milk required. 1.Green tea helps reduce the risk of cancer. The antioxidant in it is 100 times more effective than vitamin E.This helps your body at protecting cells from damage believed to be linked to cancer.2.It prevents heart disease and stroke by lowering the level od cholestrol.Even after the heart attack it prevents cell deaths and speeds up recovery of heart cells. Try it and enjoy good health.

Green tea has increasingly become a very popular drink worldwide because of its immensely powerful health benefits. It is extraordinarily amazing what green tea can do for your health. If you drink 3-4 cups of green tea a day you will be doing your health a big favour. When you think of the benefits you will somehow develop a taste for it.You can add a dash of mint to get a flavour.

I loooooove green tea, plain or with honey, hot or cold. It helps me regulate my 'movement,' and it enegrizes me. There's a variant I love, Raspberry Green Tea, served chilled. Then there's Green Tea Frappuccino Blended Creme with Mint Syrup in Starbucks. There's also Green Tea Ice Cream that I love topping with choco syrup. :)
