How did you manage your task, calendar, notes and e-mail?

Initially I am using MS Outlook to manage all my personal info. But I find out that MS Outlook can not let me to access from everywhere I am. I have try to use online tools to manage my personal info but online tools is no mature enough when compare with MS Outlook. I hope can heard more about how you manage your daily personal info.

In fact MS Outlook is really good in managing your personal details and info. Unfortunately,MS Outlook only can work offline. I have few suggestion of online organizer but it is no that powerful compare with MS Outlook.

yeah... it can't... I have been using MS Outlook a year ago. I love to use it because I can download/read my emails to my outlook inbox. I can read it when I am offline. I also able to send emails. The good one is, we can write email and send it during offline. When we get online, all the emails in the outbox will be sent out.
to get connected to our MS Outlook from anywhere, I have not tried it before because I use laptop and I'll bring this laptop almost all the time.
