Should women get the same jobs as men

I kind of agree with you on this, although Im not totally stereotypical on jobs and gender. I think in cases as this being a physically demanding position yes and no. If a woman can do the job to the equivelent of a man then yes I think she should have it. On the other hand, if they cant phsycially perform the job correctly and efficiently then no I dont think they should have the job. It could be dangerous and like you said, cause others to do more work because they cant handle it. I really think its just an ego thing with some women who are a little more masculine than most women. My husband races standardbred horses, and I help him when I go to the races with him or out at the barn. To be honest, I couldnt do it on a daily basis like he does. I would get hurt. There are 2 women that work out there, but they are pretty manly lol and Im pretty girly. My husband even tells me "Ill get that babe, you might break a nail" haha Bay xx
