Prudential NJ Properties in USA. We have approximately 28 offices throughout New Jersey and are an affiliate of Prudential which is nationwide. We have a fabulous relocation department exclusive to many of the pharmaceutical companies in NJ. All PNJP offices have the same broker of record. I do not have my broker's license at this time. Do you work for a franchise? Mom and Pop in town agency? Are you the broker of record?

I am a second generation realtor. We were with several different companies throughout my mom's 26 years in real estate. She was with Re/Max for 10 years. We lead track and discovered we got 1 lead that bought from Re/Max in a whole year. Most of our business is referrals, so my mom got her broker's license and opened her own company. We are doing well in spite of the crappy market.
