Favorite cooking utensil

I love my salad spinner. I like that you can wash your lettuce and it will be dry and ready to serve in minutes. Next would be my spaghetti scooper. You can just dig in, fish out the spaghetti and it drains while you are holding it. What is your favorite kitchen utensil?

Call me basic but I love the spoon. You can mix and serve with it and it is easy to wash.

My cutting and prep board. Without it I'd have a major mess on my hands. Not to mention several cutmarks everywhere.

mINE HAS TO BE MY STANDING MIXER. tHE TYPE THAT THE SPINNING OF THE MIXING BLADES SPINS THE BOWL AROUND AT THE SAME TIME. MAKES MIXING CAKES, PUDDINGS AND MASHED TATERS A LOT EASIER i THINK. I bought it brand new at an auction for $5 also.

Hi jillhill,i love my tiny little whisk.It fits perfectly into a bowl for mixing up an omelette,single pancake etc.My mom gave it to me and i will never depart from it.I use it all the time.:)
