It is strange that I could not work properly. Whenever I start to work on my computer, I start to play the computer games. This causes to waste a lot of my time, and also makes me tired. Hence I could not work successfully. How could I stop to play computer games and how should manage me to keep me in routine work? This is question I am in search of world answers. Would you please help me.

What i did is as follows: Using my Admin account to prohibit pc games from running(by gpedit.msc). Change the password as complex as possible and write it down. Forget it. Use my USER account instead of Admin.

I'm having the same problem. Whenever I uninstall a game I Install it in couple of days again! I simply can't resist it. I know that i play more than i should play but i don't know what is happening to me. I just keep playing those games. We are having the same problem. Naturally i don't have a answer for your question. I'm here to find an answer that you are finding. Hope it'll be better than un-installing game! ;p

I have this problem at home too. Once I started playing a game and get addicted, I would play till late night and get tired on the next day. What you need is to be discipline as to when to stop playing. You can try setting an alarm to stop playing games and get into serious work. It takes abit of practice to be discipline as well but it's better than not doing anything to salvage the situation.

I agree with ufo_thexfiles.The best way it to uninstall all your computer games . If you hope it play games, try to control the desires. If the desire is too strong, then install again. After a few times ,you'll find it is too lame and annoying to do such things. The thing most need is your will and desire.

1. Uninstall all the games on your computer. 2. Keep 1 or 2 games, but make a schedule, play them only at some special time. Take playing games as a kind of rewards for your successful work!
