Decrease in the min payout?

Hi friends, I am an affiliate of almost all the leading ptc, ptr programmes.Now a days new ptc programmes are shooting up but the major difference I noticed in the new programmes is that unlike the old ones like adbux the new ones offer a low payout such as $5 or $3 dollar like that.Even those sites which have a high payout is giving ads which are worth more than a cent.What is the cause for this transition.
