I love my Home Town Goa,Do you

Hi there. Wow, your hometown sounds beautiful, what part of India is this town in?.... This is the type of haven that I like... I also love my own hometown too, it also has beautiful beaches and lush green forests and bush...

I love Goa. I have been there once and its just beautiful. And its also special coz inspite of being vary much a part of India, it is not typically Indian. Most Goans I know are descendants of the Portugese and they have held on to their religion, culture, food, attitude to life in general and the fun and frolic of the western world. they are an integral part of the Indian kaleidoscope and I just love their zest for life. And of course I loved Goa for its sights and sounds. Bom Dilla, Calangute Beach, churches, tiny quaint cottages, the vindaloos, the sausages OHHH it was a lovely experience. Not to mention the beautiful zuari river. I would love to visit Goa again with my kid but it has become quite expensive nowadays for the middle-class with so many foreigners and well-heeled Indians visiting it. let’ see when I can visit it next!
