Yuhuuuuu! now you can send and received payment in your philippine PAYPAL account...... grabe talaga i was so happy having my paypal account activate..... I just have VISA Debit card EON I did activated..... so if someone experienced or using different debit card please post here and share what visa debit account you used for us to have other options. Yes you can receive/accept the money, but I don't think you'll be able to withdraw it. I'll get back on you about the withdraw part. =)

I have just checked my Paypal account. You can only withdraw your funds through two options. Option 1 is to your bank account (US banks), the processing time is 3-4 days. Option 2 is to your card, processing time is 5-7 days with a $5 charge.
