A friend has just asked me to translate " a belt of blue" into chinese. what does it mean? i need your help. Thanks.

I did a web search for "a belt of blue" and came up with nothing...unless they mean a blue belt in karate. So I did a chinese translation on "a belt of blue" and this is what how it looks: ????? I hope this helps
