Help with ikobo?

Please help to know how to add an ikobo account with my mylot... They only have an option of paypal in the profiles...

In the FAQ section, we can either open an ikobo account or paypal. though they prefer paypal. anyway personally i open only an ikobo account since paypal is still not available in my country. and obviously mylot knows where to send payout according to our location.
