Teaching the fraud sites a lesson..

Hello everyone earlier I had started a discussion regarding fraud and real sites , but one of my fellow mylotters pointed out that it would have been more useful if ways to teach the fraud sites a lesson were included, so I started this discussion. According to me fraud sites can be taught a lesson only if you become careful and don't join them, I don't know if their are any legal procedures or not. whats your views in it, how can we teach the fraud internet sites a lesson.
