My hair is naturally wavy. And I have relaxed my hair five times in a beauty salon and my hair gets damaged. My scalp is normal but the hair is damaged. Any advice for curing damaged hair?

I think you should cut them. Sometiems there is noting better to do then a cut the hair a little bit. Also when you are styling your hair don't forget to use products, what are taking care of you hair and protect them. You can go to beuaty salon many times, but if you don't protect them, later you will need to cut them all. Also there is good to make hair mask every week or so, no once in a while.

if you can bare to cut you hair up to the damaged part, then please do. if you dont the damage part will be crawling up and damage the part that are not. it will scatter. so my advice is to cut the dameged part of your hair. then give your hair a rest from beauty salon. use something natural. freshly squeeze lemon juice is what i use. i put it on my hair and rince it and shanpoo it.

Hi cecillecarmela. Oh, I think that natural coconut oil can save your damaged hair. It has been proven that coconut oil can nourish it back to health. My grandmother has always applied coconut oil on my nieces' hair and I could see that their hair became shiny and healthy. I hope that will help you somehow. Take care and have a nice day.

My best advice would be to leave your hair for a little while without any more treatments. Also I would buy a good deep conditioning treatment and apply it about twice a week until your hair starts feeling more healthy to you. You may want to get a trim to take off the ends, as they tend to be the most damaged. I've seen many people over process their hair and then it begins to break off. At that point all you can do is cut it all off. Pamper your hair for a bit so it doesn't get that bad.

My friend adviced me to have a split-ends removal. How much does it cost, what do you think??
