Is it fair that a Man who does such good should be arrested?

A 22-year-old man risked his life and saved three children from a burning apartment building, then was arrested when a deputy recognized him as being wanted for a parole violation (relating to a burglary conviction) for missing a meeting with his parole officer last month. Should this not be a bonus to him to get his freedom?

Hi academic, In a perfect society, this man would not have been arrested, however, we don't live in such a society. The man is a hero, and this should be taken into account. Let's hope the judge looks at it that way. Blessings.
