Why everything in the universe must precess ? Why everything has its own frequency ?

This is because the dynamism in Universe! An object must precess about its own axis at a certain rotational frequency. This is decided by the physical structure and mass of the object. It is true for the sand size particles in space, as well as massive planets and stars! Thanks for this dynamic discussion.

if the whole thing is rotating the probable possiblity is the thing covering the whole body should have movement. ex.if a milk is in a round vessel and the whole milk is rotating there is a big possiblity that that vessel is being rotated. god knows

The universe consists of so many things, elements, materials, physical laws and it has to be this way for the things to exist. Without them, the universe wouldn't be stable, or planetary bodies would be unstable and most likely uninhabitable.
