khartoum weather in mylot !!

I am confused on the weather expectation in mylot while mylot stated that khartoum weather is sunny 40 degrees temp. it is now and since yesterday rainy , cloudy without any sun the whole day and about 30 degrees !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .

I think for the most part you need to request better weather from those who are in charge. If you are unhappy with the situation you need to speak up in order for it to get changed. That is pretty much the only way to get what you want. For example is yo uwant more snow just ask for more snow
