Hi to all my Friends on My Lot. I have returned from four days away with my daughters swimming training camp. I have about four days worth of notifications to catch up on. I will try my best to reply to some over the next couple of days, but I know I won't be able to catch up. We drove the 5.5 hours to Mildura which is in Victoria on Wednesday. It's a long & tiring trip. My daughter had to be a training within 10 minutes of arricving. We had a great time overall. It is hard work for my daughter, doing 12 hours of training over 3 1/2 days, but the kids just love it. All the swimming families stay in the same caravan park, & it's a safe place for them to wander around freely playing with one another. For the parents it's very social too. We all go out to a tavern the first night, & have a family bbq on the second night. Tell me what you have been doing over the past week, as I have missed out on a fair bit of news these past two weeks.

Glad to hear that you and your daughter enjoyed the trip Jenny :) Waiting to see some photos when uploaded. I adopted a new cat and have now 7 but it did bring some unforseen problems that I hope we will be able to overcome soon, with Sylvester. Talk to you soon and good to hear all went fine for your family in Mildura :) TheFortunes

We took photos but they haven't been downloaed on the computer yet. Another adopted cat! What does he/she look like? I do hope you can overcome them. Seven cats is amazing. My cat has fully recovered from her $1200 eye operation.

Lovely for you that you could travel with your daughter. Nothing much is changed here. Just the same old same old for me. Work, come home, and repeat it all again. I guess I need some down time. I am due.

Sounds like you had a great time off. Hee hee hee. I didn't do much during the week. But this weekend was busy with the grandsons and daughter over etc. dad's doing okay but not yet walking on his own. He says he doewsn't want to walk either. Not really meaning never just that he isn't ready to try on his own yet. Seems he is set with the idea of staying there for a long time. OPh well. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~~

I guess if your Dad is happy staying there, it is less stressful for you.

Hi jennybianca! Welcome back friend. However, I can't really update you because I have been inactive for almost a month and I just got back here in mylot for about two days. I am also trying to catch up with all the notifications and it is really mindboggling as I am going through them. LOL! And in truth, I don't think my notifications will be resolved within the weeks to come. Haha..Take care and have a nice day!
